Welcome Penguin. Seems like this place stays pretty friendly and busy. I think we'll enjoy ourselves. (I'm new too.)

Hello there,

I'm a (self-employed) graphic designer and artist, and I've just recently gotten into beading. While I'd seen some awesome bead and cross stitched sprites awhile back, I didn't get into it until I saw some of Spark's creations and her remarks on what fun they can be. I thought I'd join the community to share what I've done so far, so here I am!

I'll probably post some stuff in the showroom today. My free beading time has been reduced since I started, but I have a backlog of pieces to share. Hopefully I'll have frequent updates with new pieces in the future, but we'll see. Work has a way of getting in the way. ;)

Anyway, happy to be here, and enjoying seeing all the awesome pieces out there. Hope you enjoy my work!

I'm glad you guys like it over here. I'm a member at Sprite Stitch, too, and it's a different atmosphere, but I love it as well. We're more of a little family whereas they are like a community. It's good to have lots of different places to go. :)

I've checked them out. They don't compare. You guys are the best. Quick advice. Friendly people. The only way you could be better, is if you'd bring me some Chinese food.

I have updated my location. Now, make with the Chinese. There's an awesome little place called Wei Wei Noodles. The pork stomach with pickled vegetables is to die for.

If I make it up to Norwalk later this year I'll swing up by Toledo. You're buying though.

She lives in Aurora. Been there for about 4 years. I'm trying to move down but the waiting list for visa approval is 7 years! I looked at the guy at immigration and said " are you serious??"

I absolutely love Colorado. You guys are so friendly! And you guys have Coyote Ugly:D
